Xact-FIL®
XACT-FIL® is a versatile and advanced line of rotary weight fillers. Designed for hot fill, cold fill, and ambient fill applications, these fillers offer exceptional flexibility. The hygienic design ensures easy cleaning, maintaining optimal sanitation standards. XACT-FIL® uses cost-effective off-the-shelf controls and load cell components instead of expensive proprietary ones.
This highly accurate line of fillers is designed for repeatable filling and an easy operator experience. XACT-FIL® fillers are available in three configurations: filler only, monobloc filler-capper, and tri-bloc rinser-filler-capper.
Mod-FIL®
The Federal Modular Inline Filler is a 2-station filler that can be expanded to a 4-, 6-, or 8-station filler either at the time of purchase or when production demands increase.
Each station is designed with adjustable container handling parts to ensure the machine can run small, medium, and large containers without changing parts.
Simpl-FIL™
Simpl-FIL™ is designed for small-batch and start-up production or product testing labs. We offer Simpl-FIL™ single station semi-automatic fillers as standalone units or integrated with conveyor and lidding systems. Simpl-FIL™ was designed with versatility in mind. This single-station net weight filler is compatible with any free-flowing liquid in small batches or with a regular "on-demand" product supply line.
Bulk-FIL™
We offer semi-automatic and fully automatic tote and drum fillers. Our fully automatic Bulk-FIL filler is the first in the industry to use a robotic arm to deliver safe, repeatable, and reliable fill results for bulk-size containers.
